07 / FAQ

FAQ

How do I request a sample?

Use the form on this page. Name the region, process, grade, volume, and destination you want to cup.

Where is the offer list?

Current lots appear under Current lots on this site and on /coffees. For a written offer PDF, request it after you cup — or ask in the sample form.

Do you publish prices or cupping scores?

No. Green coffee is negotiated, and this site does not print cupping scores. Cup the sample yourself.

Which certifications do you hold?

Organic and Rainforest Alliance are available on select lots. Documentation is included with the offer when it applies.

What are the port, the minimum, and the payment term?

Standard export terms are summarized on the For Buyers section and on each lot page. Your written offer repeats Incoterm, port, MOQ, payment, and lead time for that shipment.
